Liebster Awards! | Holy Chic

So it’s finally time for me to do me Liebster Awards and i am probably really late with this but better late than never right.

Of course I would nominate her as well but I have picked 11 other people that I think deserve this award and you should definitely check them out.

So if you are unaware, a liebster award is given to an up and coming blogger with less than 200 followers. Liebster is German and in English it means sweet.

Okay so from what I’ve heard and read, the rules for this are you can include 11 random facts about yourself, you have to link back to the person that nominated you must answer all 11 questions set by the person that nominated you. You also have to nominate 11 other bloggers with fewer than 200 followers and notify them that you have passed the award on. You have to come up with 11 new questions for your nominees!

Okay so here we go with 11 random facts about me J

· I am a shopaholic and I have had to cut myself of quite a few times. My need for new clothes is uncontrollable sometimes!

· I prefer costa over Starbucks (ahh unpopular opinion)

· I spend way too much time on the internet and watching youtubers and beauty gurus

· I live in converses and they are pretty much the only shoes I wear

· I don’t wear face make up. Only on really good days will I wear eye make-up.

· I lack confidence but surround myself with people that have lots and hopefully it will boost mine

· I procrastinate so much to the point where it isn’t even procrastination anymore it’s just not doing the work

· I have only had my ears pierced for 3 years.

· I live in cardigans and oversized clothing. I don’t like thinks that are too tight or clingy unless that is the way it should be

· I suck at painting my nails I have really unsteady hands and it just makes it impossible for me to paint my nails but I love nail art and the look of painted nails.

· I’ve made lots of mistakes and regret none of them because it has got me to where I am today.

Okay so now I will answer the questions sent to me by Amore!

-If you could only buy makeup from one brand for the rest of your life, which brand would it be?

It would probably be Maybelline because it’s really inexpensive and their products work really well.

-What music do you listen to the most?

Hmm! The most I’d probably say right now is punk rock, indie rock and pop rock music but I seriously listen to nearly all genres of music and i am always open to listening to new sounds.

-Do you have any secret talents?

No I am a pretty average person.

-Where do you hope you'll get out of blogging?

I hope to travel and become a top fashion blogger because I love fashion and it has got me through some difficult times and I hope to inspire others to get their voices heard.

-What is your dream holiday?

America! I don’t know why but life over there seems really good!

-If you had to pick between high end and high street makeup which one would you pick?

High street because it is so much more affordable and not all high end makeup is that great

-What made you start blogging?

I really wanted to get my voice heard and people like Zoe Sugg (Zoella) really inspired me and you can really go places if you just persevere.

-Are there any blogs or people that inspire you to blog?

Holly from I blog the fashion, Zoella, Sprinkle of Glitter.

-What is your favourite post of your blog?

Probably my products I regret buying part one and my Bridgit Mendler and Demi Lovato style steal. I had the most fun writing those.

-Are there any mottos that you follow?

‘Fall seven times stand up eight’ is the main one!

-Have you always been into beauty or is it something that just came along?

I’ve never really been that much of a beauty person because I don’t like foundation, concealer and all that face makeup! I am more of a fashion girl at heart but I dabble in beauty sometimes.
