#BloggersDoItBetter Challenge | Holy Chic

I am honestly so happy that someone has created another blogger challenge because it gives me extra motivation to blog for you guys. Today I have a brand new challenge called the #BloggersDoItBetterChallenge and it was created by the lovely Gemma. Today’s topic is Bloggers Do Spring Better so what a better way to move into spring than with a drugstore makeup look. It might look like a lot on the screen but I promise that is only me showing you variety. So without further ado, lets get into it J

Nails
Nail Polish - these are the MUA spring nail polish collection and I thought it looked like the perfect dupe for Essie nail polishes. Add some spring to your nails with their variety of colours.
Eyes
Eyeshadow Quad – purples are great as an eyeshadow look especially when they are as light as these and create a subtle hint of colour
Mascara – we want to keep them lengthy and for it to stay on all do so this is your best bet. And it is inexpensive so you can’t really go wrong
Eyeliner – try nude for you paler skins out there and brown for you darker skin tones out there. They will help the eye appear brighter and more awake.
BB Cream – this is definitely a lighter option and will be great for spring as you don’t want to have a lot of product caked on your face
Lipstick – the blood orange colour is very in this spring so take baby steps with this Barry M colour to ease you into the trend
Face
Primer – everyone should have this because it prevents makeup from slipping around on the face and keeps everything in tact
Pressed Powder – we don’t want to look shiny all day now do we (unless you do then go for it) but this will help set everything and give you a matte looking face
Conceal
Concealer – if you really cant live woithout concealer, then keep it in your routine but use with bb cream for a lighter feel on the skin
Eye roll on – if you think you can live without concealer this spring, this under eye roll on will reduce the appearance of dark circles and bags as well as tired looking eyes.
